Cookie Policy

Effective date: April 13, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember your preferences. Cookies are sent back to the originating website on each subsequent visit, allowing the site to recognize your browser.

There are different types of cookies. Session cookies exist only for the duration of your browser session and are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

2. Cookies We Use

The Stageholder Hub uses only essential cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use any advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

Note on theme preference:The theme preference (light or dark mode) is stored in your browser’s localStorage, not as a cookie. It is not transmitted to our servers and is purely a local browser preference.

3. Essential Cookies

All cookies used by the Stageholder Hub are essential to its operation. “Essential” means they are strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested — in this case, authentication and secure sign-in.

Because these cookies are essential, they cannot be disabled without breaking the Service. Accordingly, there is no opt-out mechanism for these cookies. If you do not wish for these cookies to be set, you should not use the Stageholder Hub.

We do not use any of the following cookie types, and you will never encounter them on the Hub:

  • Advertising or targeting cookies
  • Third-party analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Social media tracking pixels
  • Cross-site tracking cookies

4. Managing Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find cookie controls in your browser’s Privacy or Settings menu. Browser-specific instructions can be found at:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies

Please be aware that disabling or clearing essential cookies will sign you out of the Service and may require you to re-authenticate. Blocking cookies from id.stageholder.com will prevent you from signing in.

5. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Please revisit this page periodically to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
